The home is professionally cleaned by an expert in the field. All surfaces are disinfected, including but not limited to, light switches, doorknobs, cabinet knobs, remotes, and any surfaces that hands may touch. We also add a little bleach to all sheets, pillow cases and bath linens during wash. If you have any questions, concerns or comments please feel free to contact us! Property Description: This Beautiful Pet Friendly home is located on the beach side of A1A with a short trail and neighborhood walk to a pristine white sandy beach. It has 1800 sf living space with one King size bed, one Queen, two Trundle twin beds and two comfortable pull out couches in the living room, each with a queen size mattress. Fully stocked kitchen, three TV's with hundreds of cable channels, Hi speed internet and wifi, double car garage, fully fenced in back yard with grass area for your furry friends and a covered patio area equipped with gas grill, patio table and chairs. Also we have bicycles, beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, sand toys, an umbrella and a beach cart for easy transport. \*NOTE\* The pet fee is $125 for your entire stay. Maximum of two dogs per stay. WHEN BOOKING YOUR RESERVATION, PLEASE CHECK THE “YES” BOX FOR PETS (if you’re bringing pets) and the fee will automatically be added to your total. The Saint Augustine Historic District is about 8 miles away with lots of restaurants from eclectic to fine dining and interesting shops galore. There are some great restaurants close by as well, such as, The South Beach Grill, Red Frog & Mc Toads, Viola's, Mango Mangos, The Salt Life, Panama Hatties, The Purple Olive, Safe Harbor Seafood, The Beachside Diner, The Taco Shop and Coneheads for some delicious ice cream. While you're here, you have to check out the St Augustine Lighthouse, Alligator Farm, Ripley's Believe It Or Not, Marine Land, Castillo de San Marcos, Saint Augustine Amphitheater, Epic Theater (if you're wanting to see a movie on the big screen), The Farmers Market and especially the famous Hyppo Café, where you can choose from a huge selection of gourmet popsicles. For those who are interested in recreation, we have world class golfing for the big kids and miniature golf for the big and little kids. There's also great fishing, surfing, stand-up paddle boarding (and lots of places where you can take lessons for both), bicycling, running and bowling. There are a number of places where you can rent kayaks, surfboards, stand-up paddle boards, jet skis, Segways and scooters. Treaty Park is a 15-20 minute drive (depending on traffic) is open to everyone and has a lot to offer. We tried to leave it that way.I notified the owners that I fell twice in the area of the patio where there is a small strp down. Since all the pavers were the same it was hard for me to distinguish the stepdown from the covered patio area. A solar led light strip under the lip of the stepdown might prevent people like me with depth perception problems might prevent falls in the future. I did not break any bones but had other injuries that I managed myself. They were not serious. I csn forsee that someone with worse osteoporosis than mine might have broken their hip as that was my primary point of impact.I would consider renting this property again as I thought it was a good value. Backing in to the garage(my husband did this) was quite helpful for unloading the car and taking our belongings right into the house. This was a huge benefit to us, along with the fenced backyard for our dog.A good time was had by all. ##### Nancy P. It was easy to get to, in a great location, and the layout is perfect. There was plenty of space for five us and two dogs. The fenced in back and side yard offered the perfect space. It was peaceful and quiet. Check-in: The house was ready at the time promised and it was easy to get in to. Owner provided keyless entry. Kitchen facilities and space-The kitchen was a perfect size, with a laundry room and garage entrance right off of it. The dinning area perfectly accommodated our family, but had enough seating for larger families. Bedrooms-the master was perfect! The bed was very comfortable. The owners provided plenty of pillows and blankets. While the master faced the east, the curtains provided the right amount of shade to block out the early morning light (in case you want to/like to sleep in). The master bathroom-the double vanity, shower and separate toilet area were all great features. There is ample space if two people want to get ready at the same time. The other two bedrooms provided plenty of space for our adult children and a friend. The owners thought of everything-from games, books, beach towels, beach chairs, shovels, buckets, umbrellas, a cooler, beach wagon, beach bikes, to plenty of cookware, spices, laundry and dish washing pods and bathroom staples. We loved our stay and this house is probably the best one we have ever rented. Brian was very responsive, both by phone and text. We would definitely stay here again! ##### Tiffany R. The home was well decorated, supplied with everything we needed, and very clean. The beach was beautiful and not crowded. The short walk to the beach was so easy with the wagon they provided. The property was comfortable and we had all we needed for almost three weeks. The owners were quite responsive and tried to help with a couple of issues: 1) The TV remote did not operate . . . or at least no one in my group of 7 could get it to. Owner did come down and get it working on first night. It never worked after that. 2) The house is right on A1A. I knew that . . . but had forgotten how busy that road can be. Overall, the noise wasn't bad. But if someone in the front bedroom is a light sleeper and likes to sleep in, I suggest bringing a sound machine or a fan for a little white noise. 3) The dryer stopped working toward the end of our stay. Again, the owner was so very gracious and was over to start it quickly. However, the dryer never worked for me again. So I guess I didn't have the "magic" touch???!! Overall, the house was a comfortable place for all of us to visit and celebrate and create amazing memories. MOST IMPORTANT: The beach is amazing! Just don't leave anything down there overnight as the city cleans the beach thoroughly each night. I left a couple chairs and they were gone the next morning. Bummer! ##### Cindy M. Upon entering, our first impression is that the home is spotless. Once settled in, we noticed Kelly and Brian had so many things included for use during your stay, like beach chairs, toys, towels, and beach cruisers! The beach is a nice walk away, and the hosts provide a cart to wheel your things to and from the sand. This home had everything we needed, and we will hopefully book again soon! ##### Jenna G. The patio was the place to hang out for us; you have neighbors but you are kinda secluded from them. The beach is very close and not crowded. The location of this house is very convenient. I talked with one of the owners and they are very nice and helpful. The only things that I could find to gripe about would be that the parking is very very tight.( not a lot of room to turn your vehicle around and get out of driveway if there is more than one vehicle); and needs to leave more cleaning supplies ( garbage bags, dish soap, …) other than that we really enjoyed the place and wished we had a couple of weeks instead of a few days. ##### Christopher J. Short walk to a beautiful beach out the back gate Our dog enjoyed our walks on the beach and it was nice to have an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand when we returned.Able to catch a few sunrises and collect some shells.Beds were comfortable. House is spacious and everything is provided Enjoyed having an attached garage to keep the car cool and unpack. We spent most evenings sitting on the back porch Rode the bikes provided to a few restaurants. Helmets and locks were provided. We didn’t use but it was nice to have : beach towels, chairs and wagon provided. Less to pack. Host responded quickly to my questions My only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer. ##### Vicki M.
