It's well-appointed with new furnishings and a cohesive look. The check-in and checkout process was easy and they left items that people often forget. Nice touches. While it is by a marina, it would be a challenge to walk there. It's sandwiched between two busy roads. The home felt spacious and was extremely comfortable for our family of 5 adults (all 17+), but there is also plenty of room in the backyard for little ones to play and release their energy. The location of this home is quite close to all primary destination activities in St. Augustine with each only being a 5-10 minute drive away, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed preparing our breakfast and supper meals at the home each day and even popped back during the day to take breaks or eat lunch because the location was so convenient.
