The condo was minimally cleaned prior to arrival (there was trash left on the floor of the bathroom and the tile floors did not appear to be mopped). When we arrived the upholstered furniture was badly stained, so much so it was gross and the couch cushions were so worn you could not sit comfortably. The beds were also uncomfortable, they appear very worn and you could feel the springs. The outlets in the first bathroom did not work and kept tripping the breaker. In addition to this, the primary bedroom had a musty smell. I had tried to contact the host a month prior to the trip to cancel our final day and never heard back. We left the condo early and will not be returning. We have never been so unhappy with a booking after renting condos for years in St. Augustine. ##### Julie F.
