Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This cozy townhome is in the perfect location nestled between the beach and the intercoastal waterway. Incredible proximity to the beach and walkable to several top restaurants in the neighborhood including local favorite Caps on the Water. The heart of downtown Saint Augustine is just a quick car ride away. First Floor: Bedroom with king bed, full bathroom with shower-tub combo, dining room with seating for 6, fully equipped kitchen, and open living room Second Floor: Open loft bedroom with luxurious king bed and twin day bed and trundle. Attached is a second full bathroom. Backyard: Fully fenced, putting green, dining set under romantic pergola \*\*Have more travelers?
