First of all, the communication with Justin was excellent. We had asked for an early check-in and he was able to accommodate us. The house is beautifully decorated and appointed and is exactly as pictured. We chose this property for a few reasons: the location (walkable to coffee shops, brewery and downtown St Aug), the fact that it was a 3 bed, 3 en-suite bathrooms (we were 3 couples) and the outdoor space (the weather didn't also for us to take advantage of it). The kitchen is beautiful and has everything you need to cook and enjoy eating in. The beds were comfortable and felt cosy and inviting. There was a sweet Welcome Bag with treats and a handwritten Thank You card which we so appreciated.We spent time on the front porch watching the trollies ride by. it really was a perfect 2 nite stay. Justin also gave a great recommendation for take out! We are looking forward to returning in the summer and again next year for Nights of Lights. We had the opportunity to take in many of the sights including the first evening of the Night of Lights in the square to kick off the holidays! The neighborhood was very quiet, while it was several blocks from the north end where most of the shopping, restaurants and action of St Augustine - it is still within walking distance making it convenient vs dealing with parking. We found one of the nicest properties we have stayed in. The attention to detail was just outstanding. We wouldn’t change a thing. My wife didn’t want to leave.
