Huge Outdoor Living Space! Beautiful three bedroom, two bathroom 2100 sq ft house in St Augustine. Top of the line furnishings. Plenty of outdoor space. Situated in a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to bars and restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. 5 minutes drive to the beach, or walk to the Bridge of Lions to enjoy the sunset. Three spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and a stunning gas fireplace. Master bathroom has a separate shower and luxurious bath tub. The other two bedrooms both have queen size beds, and access to the outside decks and huge outdoor living space. Second bathroom is oversized with both an enclosed shower and soaking tub. There also is a small deck off the great room for BBQ. Gas fire place in the living room for cozy winter nights. State of the art chef’s kitchen with tons of natural light. The house was very well appointed. The open kitchen, dining, and living area was perfect for entertaining. The Christmas tree was a nice touch for the holidays. The hosts were excellent communicators and the neighborhood is safe and neighbors very nice. Beds were comfy and the home was well-stocked with supplies we needed, clean and smelled great. I would absolutely recommend this location for visiting St. Augustine - it was easily walkable to all the best restaurants and sight-seeing (no need to find or pay for parking downtown) , in the neighborhood you can walk to a nice view of Salt Run too. Our favorite beach is Anastasia State Park a five-minute car ride -but we easily biked one day too. We brought our own bikes. They had two beach chairs and umbrella and beach towels. Note, there is only one shower but it has two soaking tubs with hand-held showers. The soaking tub was very much enjoyed and we had no trouble sharing the shower when needed. ##### Pam H.
