On first floor, with about 6 outdoor wooden steps up to the porch. If you have trouble working the heating/ac unit, ask the host to show you the operation of the remote. Water was cold, the door would not lock. Due to the lack of attention of the owner the mattress was too short and the frame protruded, therefore I fell injuring my eye and should. Would never return to this place again.
