This was our 2nd year staying at Unit 22\. The unit has a lot to offer, and is always in good shape and well decorated. We especially enjoy the close proximity to the pool and the ocean. The teens love to walk to the Kookaburra for their morning coffee, and we walk together as a family to the numerous restaurants. Historic downtown is only a 10-minute drive. Only two recommendations, A grab bar would be helpful in the Master Bedroom tub for those of us over 70\. A new dryer in the laundry since it took 3 times to dry towels and clothes. ##### James D. The unit was very nicely decorated with everything we needed! The kitchen was well stocked, including spices, and the beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the beach chairs, boogie boards, and pool noodles left to use. They even had beach towels! We especially enjoyed the large balcony overlooking the pool with a view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. The property is in a great location for a lot of good restaurants. There was a public beach access right next to the property and a surf camp was going on while we were there, but even with that, the beach was not overly crowded. This was an excellent property! It was just as it appeared in the photos and the location was superb. We were within walking distance to many restaurants, shops and the beach. The place was stocked with basics to get you started and it was spotless. My friends and I were so impressed with this condo - it was extremely clean, spacious, amazing for 5 people, and had the most incredible large back patio facing the pool and dunes. They had stocked the fridge with silverware, dinnerware and common spices, which made cooking a breeze! We felt super safe and secure and it was in a prime location on St. Augustine Beach. The pool was SO clean and the water temperature was perfect. They even provided us floaties, boogie boards, and more for a perfect day at the beach. I would highly recommend this condo and we will DEFINITELY return the next time we are in town!
