The property is beautifully decorated and they have everything you need for this to be your home away from home. There are some kinks in this property that need to be addressed thats common with new construction. End up driving up to the assigned parking space with debris blocking us from parking. The best part was that the condo is within walking distance to a lot of nice restaurants and easy access to the beach. Also a quick drive to historic St. Augustine. The condo was clean and nice decor. Comfy beds and nice bathrooms. Our main issues were with the livingroom set up of couches and TV which made it comfortable when watching TV and the kitchenette set stools were so high that you can’t put your legs underneath table. The condo was clean, functional, comfortable and super cute. I was especially thrilled with the excellent water pressure in the shower and how comfortable the beds were. The location was convenient with only a few minutes walk to the beach & lots of restaurants, and a quick drive to the historic district. Our hosts were accessible and on top of everything from start to finish. They truly made our first visit to St Augustine a great one.
