Also, the refrigerator & freezer was not working properly and couldn’t keep our ice cream frozen 🥶 Overall, the house needs more tender loving care, and regular exterminator visits to accommodate beach guests. And again, the location was fantastic and our family visitors loved our vacation time together and touring all of St. Augustine ☀️ ##### Carol H. Close proximity to the beach. Sadly, it wasn’t easily accessible; son-in-law is a paraplegic. Pool was fantastic! Had all the amenities to make us comfortable. Easy drive to St. Augustine. We travelled with our family of four plus my parents and had the best Thanksgiving. Check in was super easy and the house was spotless. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed (which is rarely the case at a VRBO!) and my kids loved the games that were available to play. The highlight of the stay was 100% the pool. My kids were in it multiple times per day and loved night swimming due to the lighting outside. The house is an easy 5 minute walk to the beach and while it wasn't quite 'beach weather' we went multiple times a day to do a beach walk. (Gotta catch it at low tide because at high tide there is no beach to walk) Would 100% recommend this property to anyone coming to the area. ##### Morgan S.
