### Ground Floor Condo Nestled Against The Dunes!

You will be living the “good life” once you relax and unwind in this fantastic vacation property. Open up the blinds and let the sunshine into the spacious living area and dining room which comfortably seats six. Enjoy the semi-open kitchen concept and breakfast bar that allows you to engage with family and friends while you make use of the fully equipped kitchen, complete with up to date stainless steel appliances and tile countertops. Open the large sliding glass door, feel the breeze, and step out on to your expansive private patio to enjoy views of the pool, gazebo, and vegetation in the rolling sand dunes at your side. Sip your morning coffee or a cool beverage from the patio table or lounge chairs and listen to the sound of the waves hitting the shore. The master suite offers a quiet place to lay your head after a long day at the pool or at the beach. This bedroom features a king bed, TV, two large closets, and a full master bath. Open your sliding glass door for access to your oversized tiled patio. The second bedroom also offers a cool and comfortable place to rejuvenate. This bedroom also has a king bed, lots of drawer space, and a large closet. The third bedroom has two twin beds and opens up to a second private atrium patio in the front of the unit. In addition to another full bathroom, this unit also offers the convenience of a full size washer and dryer. Community amenities include a beachside zero entry pool, a tropical lagoon pool that is heated during the winter and private beach access with a large gazebo.

#### Get Away with the Grandkids

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The size of the unit was fine but the AC did not really cool the square footage. The floors needed mopping or maybe steam cleaned. There were roaches in the kitchen which was gross. I did call and they would send out Florida Pest but I asked them to wait till we left. We did not have water for about 8 hours because of a broken pipe and the ice dispenser needs fixing. It will be my last time at Ocean Villas! Somehow we managed to have a good time.
