Beautiful 2/1 single-family home - covered patio and a (1) car garage. Recently updated as well as all new furnishings and located in the heart of St. Augustine Beach, just a few homes off the fishing pier and the beach. Fenced-in backyard / Pet Friendly. Wireless Internet!
Step into this open-concept, completely remodeled two-bedroom, one-bath, one-level home, designed with your comfort in mind. The beautiful kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances is perfect for preparing meals.

Immerse yourself in the charm of this delightful beach town, where there's something for everyone. Whether you're into surfing, swimming, paddleboarding, or simply sunbathing, the beach is your playground. And with the Pier Park just a walk away, you can enjoy the Wednesday Farmers Market, Wednesday night Music by The Sea Concert Series, Volleyball, Fishing, Boccie Ball, and a Splash Park at The Pier. Plus, there are great restaurants, shopping spots, and more within walking distance.

Just a few minutes from historic downtown Saint Augustine, there is plenty of food, shopping, and tourist sites. The Alligator Farm is also close by and boasts a new zip-lining experience. Historical ghost tours through the old city are always a favorite. Take a sightseeing cruise around the Matanzas Bay or a horse-drawn carriage tour, ride the trolley, climb the St. Augustine lighthouse, and explore the Castillo de San Marcos. There is even a Pirate cruise and a new Pirate and Treasure museum. Dine on the patio of A1A Ale overlooking the bay. Browse the many gift shops and art galleries along and around St. George Street. Check out the historical buildings, like the Oldest Wooden Schoolhouse. Rent a jet ski or a Segway. Do not forget the Fountain of Youth--take some bottled fountain water home to your "old" family and friends! The St. Augustine Outlet Mall is close. Play a round of gold at the World Golf Village. The gorgeous Cathedral Basilica of Saint Augustine was America's first parish. You can schedule a swim with the dolphins at Marineland, a few minutes south of the condo. Very Nice Stay

This was a very nice and simple place to stay at SAB. Very clean in comparison to others we have rented. Great patio, located near pier and several good restaurants. Nice, early established neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Pleasant surprise in St. Augustine Beach

The home was in a great location with easy access to the beach, state park, and restaurants. It is a nice quiet neighborhood. The space was clean and had a lot of great amenities like a washer and dryer. We will definitely be back!

Never Again

Driveway was flooded on arrival with minimal rain. Dead bugs found on floor during entry. Instructions to load the dishwasher before you leave and there is not even a dishwasher in this unit. Very small. We had to leave for MANDATORY EVACUATION for Hurricane Milton and host will not refund or offer an alternate date for 4 unused nights.

Great stay!

Loved the property! Everything was clean on arrival and entry instructions were easily understood. The location was wonderful and walking distance to many restaurants! The only complaints I have were the beach access being closed that was closest to the house and no TVs in the bedrooms. Both things weren’t big deals though. Will deff be back for another trip to St. Augustine!

Great Location

We really enjoyed our time at the beach cottage. It was conveniently located to many restaurants which were easy to walk to in the evening. As well as the beach and other shops. If you want to be able to park your car and get around definitely a great place to start.

Cute Beach Cottage!

Clean little cottage in the perfect location. Very short walk to the beach, restaurants, etc, and a quick drive over to St Augustine. Fenced yard was perfect for our pups and the neighbors were lovely. We would definitely rent again.

Great Location!

This little cottage was clean and comfortable. This home could use some new living room furniture. Great location to dinning and the ocean. I had a couple of correspondences with the owner and Marty was quick to respond and answered all of my questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Cute little cottage close to the beach & many great restaurants. Short drive in to St Augustine. My only suggestion is they could use some new outdoor furniture for the porch and lovely back patio.

Great visit tSt Augustine

Returning to visit friends a year after relocating north, Laughing Gull cottage was the perfect home away from home. The living room was roomy enough to host 2-3 visitors. The primary bedroom was very comfortable. The location near the beach and restaurants turned out to be extremely convenient. We are grateful to have discovered this cute cottage.
