Has easy and very close beach access. Host leaves starter supplies, which is nice. It would’ve been nice to have a more comfy chair in the living room space (we moved the chair from the bedroom out there to have an ottoman to put our feet on). Also the patio furniture is fine but could’ve been a little more comfortable. Definitely not a deal breaker though. The only negative I can really share is the water pressure is not great, which we understand the hot can’t really control. The process of booking the stay, paying for the stay and communications about the stay were PHENOMENAL. Host was very easy and pleasant to deal with. The host was very quick to respond & easy to deal with. The rental was very clean, nicely laid out & decorated cute. They had everything you might need available. Location was perfect. Close to everything but not overly crowded. It was a very safe feeling resort. I would definitely rent again if going to this area. We enjoyed our stay here! ##### Delicia R. Super close to beach, pools hot tubes and a short drive to St Augistine. Condo was plenty enough space with all the amenities we needed and a bonus for having beach chairs ##### Bobby W. The condo was updated and well appointed, it also had very comfortable beds and I felt very safe staying at this complex . I will defiantly book here again .😊 ##### Beverly H. From the moment we got there we were walking on the beach, swimming in the pool, or planning pickleball tournaments when the weather allowed. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking basic meals in, but there were great restaurants nearby for when we wanted to eat out. ##### J F.
