We brought the boat up for a fishing trip and needed a place to stay for the night - this place was perfect - 5 mins from the marina and is really cool home. We took a 5 min Uber to the historic district for dinner and drinks. The home is very clean, roomy, an awesome little backyard! Everything was great. We will definitely be back! Plenty of space and accommodations for everyone. I’d say it’s not quite walking distance to downtown because it is still about a 20 minute walk and in the florida summertime heat, that can be rough. A couple small restaurants and shops that are nearby walking distance though. There was no ping pong table or darts in the garage, which was no problem because we weren’t spending much time outside due to the weather. Overall a very nice place to stay with 8 people. ##### anthony t. We were able to all be on the same floor, have sound machines and baby monitors easily set up, and be able to go downstairs to hang out as parents.
