The apartment is located right in the heart of Uptown St Augustine just a few minutes’ walk from the main street known for boutique shops, art galleries, antique stores, as well as local eateries from pizza to fine dining — such as the beautiful Raintree Restaurant (a 3 minute walk away) and the delicious Luli’s cupcakes (5 min walk). Head south along San Marco Ave where you will find all sorts of innovative food and drink options, cool indie shops selling everything from furniture to flowers, books, ice cream, cupcakes, art and then wind up in the downtown Historic District (20 min walk) which is a whole other adventure. Those who appreciate architecture from the 1800s to the 1920s will want to walk through a number of small neighborhoods listed on the National Register of Historic Places. These include the Abbott Tract Historic District, Matanzas Bay, Pine, San Marco, Shenandoah Aves and the Nelmar Terrace Historic District. It is located in a great location that gave us access to all the places you'd want to go to and was easily accessible via bicycle. We were in St. Augustine for my nephew's wedding. It was so nice to have the room we had here and not be confined to a hotel room. It is centrally located to everything in St. Augustine. We used Uber for events at Columbia Restaurant and the White Room to avoid traffic and searches for parking. Uber came promptly and we were delivered to and from our destinations in a very timely manner. In addition, there is parking at the bungalow but we were able to stay parked for our stay. This apt. is well stocked with kitchen supplies, immaculately clean, has updated well designed decor and the owners are so accommodating and welcoming. Thank you both for helping us to have a wonderful weekend in St. Augustine, Hope to get back soon when I have more time to explore the many shops and restaurants and have a close by and very comfortable place to return at the end of the day. It had everything I needed for my 10 day stay. Danny & Andrea were very receptive and helped me get my heavy suitcase up the steps. They have set up the place with lots of USB ports all around the apartment. It became a game to see how many there were. They obviously planned well for their clients need for them. This is a fantastic place to stay off the beaten path a little but just a block away from most of the stuff in Uptown St. Augustine. I would definitely recommend staying with them. ##### Jan D. We live in an area that has limited internet access so we are not "streaming savvy". Would have been helpful to have instructions. But TV was not the purpose of our visit. It was very clean. Danny and Andrea were great in communicating and offering anything we might need. We didn't have any issues and were satisfied the whole time. We were about .5 from everything and didn't want to walk. We ended up paying about 7-10$ each time we ubered and the uber was within a mile each time so it was super fast.
