Parking fits 1 car, maybe 2 if you squeeze. The owner was very accommodating. There was cookies for us, wine, coffee, bath soap and more.Clean towels.Clean sheets.Very nice!!!Our one and only complain.... dusty.Unfortunately, who ever cleans the place has been avoinding dust for months.The most used areas were clean.But the ceiling fans, window sills, shelves... very dusty.Mind you, I am allergic to one thing on this planet... dust mites.That being said, I do not blame the owner. We would definitely recommend and stay again. The natural surroundings are quiet and peaceful. The interior is beautiful, modern, and comfortable. Owners clearly care about this property and making their guests feel at home. We chose this cottage for its described proximity to downtown St. Augustine. I wouldn't say it's "next to" downtown, as it took us about 20 minutes to walk to that area. However it was an easy walk and not a problem for us personally. Just a heads up!
