Monica was fantastic to deal with and responded to a question that I had very quickly. The home was everything that was needed for a beach visit. The two spacious bedrooms had comfortable beds and the kitchen was well equipped. Monica also had beach chairs and toys for any families with kids. It's a short walk through a path to access the beach, however on our first day there we discovered you could drive on the beach which is accessible a few blocks away. We took advantage of this which made carrying chairs and cooler much easier. Overall we had a great vacation. Monica was extremely helpful and quick with any questions or requests we had. If you want cold air, clean accommodations and quiet location, the Pelican House is for you. The kitchen is well equipped (even multiple toilet paper, paper towels and FULL size dish soap :) Crazy). For a two bedroom, one bath in this price point, it made for a nice weekend getaway. The beach access is direct on the street but it is directly through the dunes. Not a WALKway but a path.
