Yard great for our dogs. Quiet neighborhood. A/C and heat when it got chilly worked great. Water in showers got hot quickly. There were a few items that needed fixed but it did not affect us. Property host was notified and it will be taken care of. (A couple of bulbs needed replaced and kitchen faucet needed to be tightened up) Great location close to Anastasia Island restaurants. Sunset Grill was great as always. The Beachside Diner had good breakfasts. Winn Dixie grocery and Walgreens only a few minutes drive. Island Ice Cream is absolutely scrumptious. It was very clean. t was up to date the backyard was big with a fenced in yard, which is what we loved and needed. The check-in and check out process was very simple. All the information was listed.
