Run away !
We rented this place from 11/06 to 11/09 based on your pictures and description. To our dismay, we arrived at a home that did not correspond to the narrative.
We rented a home for ten persons and, while advertising for twelve, could not accommodate us: not enough chairs, cutlery, and outdoor settings. A stool outside was the home of a beehive, and it is a miracle that none got stung. The owner refused to let us use the gas fire because it was not cold enough, a mere 54 degrees! The fire room was so dark that we could not use it and had to retreat to the dining room to see each other.
The tennis court is not maintained and does not have the measurement required to play. Additionally, the fence is right on the lines making it impossible to practice any tennis. The lack of maintenance could be seen by the partially damaged screened pool, flapping in the wind, making the place looks like a war zone.
Cockroaches were roaming inside, and windows had partial drapes obliging us to put some towels to block the street lights at night.
Finally our 2 year old son found 2 times an old fishing hook in the terrasse. Dangerous.
On a positive note, the bedding was good, the rooms were spacious, and the dining table was superb, but overall, the asking rent exceeded the services offered. Frankly, the amenities were not up to the descriptions of the house.!
Additionally, if you forget your belonging, the owner will ask you for a good review before thinking about sending you back.
