The home’s fenced-in back yard is the perfect spot for a game or two of catch or playing endless rounds of fetch with your furry companions. The deck offers both the option for sun and shade whether you’re losing yourself in the pages of a good book or grilling up a barbeque feast to serve up tableside for a delicious meal al fresco. When you’re ready to venture out into the greater area, the sparkling white beaches this area is well-known for are a 15-minute drive away, while you can be in the heart of the city in 10 minutes or less. Stroll through the quaint downtown area, where Spanish colonial buildings house charming boutiques, cozy cafes, and exquisite restaurants.
