An electronic keypad is installed for easy self-check in at your convenience. As you enter the home, you are greeted with a beautiful living room and sitting area with bright, beachy vibes. An electric fireplace is waiting for cozy nights with your evening cocktail. The kitchen is fully equipped with the utensils, cookware, plates, and glasses for quick meals in. Various appliances are stocked including microwave, Keurig, and toaster. Bar top seating is available for everyone to enjoy their meals. Getting Around: With the great central location, guests can walk to the many shops, top restaurants, art galleries and attractions making it easy to get around on foot, but a car is helpful for quick rides to the beach, Anastasia Island, or main grocery store. Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi with cars available at all times of the day. The old Town Trolley Tours and a great fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off trolley service that offers stops throughout St. Augustine. The trolley makes 23 stops at or near popular destinations and departs every 15 minutes between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. and will set you back around $25 per adult and $10 for kids which includes three days of unlimited rides and complimentary admission to the St. Augustine History Museum. Clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Easy walk to downtown St. Augustine. Suggestions. Entry lock does not light up so difficult to see numbers. Bed mattress needs to be turned or replaced as tenants roll to the middle of the bed. Would stay there again. Sometimes I would stay at Hilton Doubletree and other times look for bnb's. This has been hands down the greatest hidden gem I have ever found. I could honestly live here. The place was immaculate and was more spacious than I had even hoped for. Additionally, the owners were consistently prompt with communication from start to finish. Everything about this stay was perfect, including location. For all future visits to St Augustine I will try to book this again over any other bnb or hotel!!! Thank you so much!!! ##### Nick W. Oct 23, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Casa Maria 1 Review Great location (walking distance to just about everything) made Casa Maria a great find! Positives = Location; free off-street parking; spacious apartment; mini-split A/C in the bedroom; great communications and recommendations from the owners on where to eat in the local area. Needs improvement = King mattress needs replacing (big divot in the center caused my wife and I to roll into each other); Window A/C in the kitchen is extremely loud each time it kicks in...so much so that we had to shut it off at night so it wouldn't wake us up; No iron/ironing board; no drawers in bedroom for unpacking (only in bathroom); bathroom garbage can lid needs fixing; some starter Keurig coffee pods would have been awesome! Finally, as renters ourselves, it would have been great to have been able to check into the apartment a little bit early without an extra charge (since the apartment was clean and ready to go). Instead, we sat in our car in the driveway for 45 minutes waiting for 4:00 pm to arrive. The electronic lock didn't activate until exactly 4:00 pm, but could have been released earlier. These little niceties make starting one's vacation so much better! ##### Jamie S.
