Only blocks (5-10 min. walk) from downtown shops and restaurants. Close enough to the hustle and bustle yet nestled in the large oaks of adjacent Lincolnville. Only a few miles or 5-10 min. drive to the beach. Cottage has been completely restored (in 2020) with many upgraded finishes (i.e. 2 old chimneys; original doors; marble shower, wood floors and custom cabinets) including a charming rear patio for kids/pets to play in. Very airy and bright with lots of character . The space In its heyday was originally a bed and breakfast. It sits on a lot shared alongside the main cottage. Guest access Cottage sits on a lot with main cottage. The driveway is exclusively for guest use. The gated rear yard/patio is cozy and reserved for guests. Everything was as described in the listing, very clean, host was friendly and easy to communicate with. Our two small dogs enjoyed the fenced in yard. Very quiet neighborhood. It is charming, spacious and located within a 20 minute walking distance from its location in a quiet neighborhood to St. George Street, the Lightner Museum, Flagler College, etc. Our host was very responsive to my messages. This cottage features well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, fenced side yard in a great location. It is an easy walk to downtown shops and restaurants.
