We really know how to enjoy what nature has blessed us with here in our quaint little St. Augustine Beach. There are multiple drive on access points, but the Treasure Beach neighborhood boasts it's own dedicated beach walkover just across the street from its entrance. TURN IT UP: Want to live on the edge? There are a couple of rental shops nearby where you can rent surfboards, paddle boards, snorkeling gear, you name it! Deep sea fishing charters and boat rentals are also available in multiple places throughout town. Delivery bike rentals available via a local company. Contact me for recommendations. \*SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $99\. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $1000 of damage. You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage ($99 for $1000, $149 for $1500, $199 for $2000 and so on and so forth). \*IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. The Neighborhood: This eclectic fishing village called Treasure Beach is one of my favorite neighborhoods in St. Augustine. Nearly every home is situated on a canal. The canals all feed out to the inter coastal waterway, where you can make the most of your boat, jet ski's and stand up paddle boards. Nearby is the local boat ramp where you can drop in. Locally, we have several rental places where you can stock up on beach and water sports gear. Additionally, there is a service called Drifters that will come to the house to drop off bikes that you can rent at a daily rate. Treasure Beach has its own dedicated beach walkover directly across the street from the entrance to the neighborhood! A close and convenience restaurant in the neighborhood is one of my all time favorites! - Back 40 A1A! You have to try the Chimmichurri Steak Quesadilla! Getting Around: We recommend renting a car.
