BEFORE BOOKING, PLEASE MESSAGE OR CALL THE OFFICE FOR MORE DETAILS. ALL AMENITIES WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE RACQUETBALL COURT WILL BE OPEN DURING THE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT. This second floor condo is the perfect getaway for a family looking for a beach vacation on a budget. Enjoy the view of the ocean and the pool on your private balcony. The living room has plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy the sunrise or watch tv and the dining room table comfortably seats 6\. The kitchen is recently renovated and is fully equipped with a stackable washer and dryer and also has a Keurig. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, and a newly renovated private bathroom with a walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen and a twin bed, and the third smaller bedroom known as the “Crow’s Nest” has two twin beds. All of the condos are equipped with private Wi-Fi and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher pods. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed. Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquetball court, and fitness center. The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3\. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access. Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the town's many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley to see it all on the go! You can purchase DISCOUNTED tickets to the Old Town Trolley and many of Saint Augustine’s attractions right in the main office at the property! Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! It felt clean and spacious, and we loved the condo. We were very disappointed the pool closed at 9pm every night, so all the children could not night swim.
