BEFORE BOOKING, PLEASE MESSAGE OR CALL THE OFFICE FOR MORE DETAILS. ALL AMENITIES WILL BE OPEN DURING THE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT. Easy Convenience and Stress Free - A beautiful ground floor unit steps from the pool and the ocean boardwalk; this beautiful ground floor condo is thoughtfully designed to be a romantic retreat for two or a fun spot for the family. Sit on the patio while directly overlooking the pool. The condo is tastefully decorated with beachy décor. The fully equipped kitchen with beautiful granite countertops comes with a drip coffee pot and a Keurig machine. The dining area features an expandable table with barstool seating 6\. A stackable washer and dryer makes this condo your home away from home. The primary bedroom comes with a king size bed and private bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen and twin bed that is also a trundle bed! The third bedroom, or the “Crow’s Nest” is perfect adventure for the little ones with one bunk bed and one twin bed. A second bathroom is located off the guest bedroom with hallway access too. There is an electric grill on the patio. All of the condos are equipped with private Wi-Fi and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher pods. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed. Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Head indoors to our clubhouse where we have a heated indoor pool, brand new work out room, racquetball court, and a dry sauna. The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3\. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access. Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the town's many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley to see it all on the go! You can purchase DISCOUNTED tickets to the Old Town Trolley and many of Saint Augustine’s attractions right in the main office at the property! Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! I have hip issues so I can’t sit low to sand. Hopefully others can enjoy. Our only suggestion is the master bed needs replacing. It is to hard!! Fingerprints everywhere.. dust . Sand all over the top of the washing machine. Light in spare bath was not working. Maintenance and an electrician had to come. Ground floor, porch just steps to pool, hot tub and beach boardwalk. Apartment was clean, spacious 3 bedrooms with 6 beds that was perfect for my family. Had all needed amenities to cook and prepare all meals. Great place for cooler time of year too as we rotated between beach, outdoor pool and hot tub, and the heated indoor pool. 10 mins to alligator farm and 20 mins to all St. Augustine attractions. Our location provided easy access to the pool and beach, which was necessary with two 6 year old boys. We loved our stay and made memories that we will remember for a lifetime. We visit Florida once a year and hope to visit this location again. Only thing I would recommend is that they provide beach towels. Also, better stocked with some necessities would be good. Would have “liked” a larger bowl for making pancakes, more bath towels than “just enough” for those staying, larger frying pan for more than 2 people, mattresses could use replacements on all beds and second bathroom ceiling needs serious Maintenance attention. Unable to take two showers at the same time due to lack of hot water and dishwasher smells of burned plastic when washing. The location was perfect despite poor DIY improvements in the condo. Natalie at the front desk was awesome and tried to find a unit to accommodate our family. Donna, the property manager, was anything but nice and willing to refund me my money rather than deal with me! Her customer service skills are definitely lacking. This was SO upsetting, since our vacation for my husbands 60th birthday had been planned for 3 months. We had our children and grandchildren coming from 4 different parts of the U. S. to celebrate with us.
