Pet Policy This property is pet friendly with the following restrictions and stipulations: 1\. All pets must be approved by host prior to entering home. 2\. Small dogs (under 15 pounds) only. Please reach out for a list of allowed breeds and rules. Owner is very allergic to cats and the property is not suitable for large dogs. 3\. Maximum of two pets per reservation. 4\. $50 pet fee, per pet, per reservation must be paid to cover additional cleaning costs. 5\.
