Beautiful Oceanfront Pool Home ~ Private Boardwalk ~ Heated Pool

Peace of Paradise is a spacious, luxurious oceanfront home that accommodates two families. It has recently undergone renovations and features a large heated pool (heater is optional), two living rooms, multiple decks with great views, and a full bathroom for each of its five bedrooms.

When not enjoying the pool or the beach, you can relax on the expansive second-story balcony overlooking the Atlantic or the first-floor porch. The house was designed with relaxation in mind and includes two spacious living rooms, a variety of bedrooms, and plenty of space for everyone to gather together or do their own thing.

The interior is beautifully decorated, with comfortable seating, TVs, and board games in each living room. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and well-furnished, and the master suite even has a Jacuzzi with a one-way mirror for ocean views.

The dining area can accommodate up to 6 people, with additional breakfast bar and outdoor dining area seating. The open, fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and ample storage space.

Additionally, the house features a second Jacuzzi, two powder rooms, a washer and dryer, and a deck with a sitting room at the front of the house for enjoying sunrises and sunsets.

Please note that the pool may be heated for an additional $300/week or less to a maximum of 88 degrees. Pool heat must be added to your reservation at least 48 hours before arrival. Remember that the pool is not heated from Memorial Day to mid-September.

Perfect Vacation Home for Large Groups

Our recent stay at this beautiful VRBO rental on St. Augustine beach exceeded all our expectations. With a group of 10 adults, we celebrated the week of July 4th in comfort and style. The house offers a spacious and thoughtfully designed layout, accommodating everyone with ease.The highlight for many of us was the stunning pool—crystal clear, inviting, and perfect for relaxing days under the Florida sun. Just a few steps beyond the backyard, we found ourselves on the sandy shores of the Atlantic, making it effortless to enjoy morning walks by the ocean or spontaneous swims throughout the day.The location is truly ideal. Nestled in a quiet, friendly neighborhood yet conveniently close to local attractions, restaurants, and historic downtown St. Augustine, we had the best of both worlds: peaceful beachside living and access to vibrant city life.Inside, the house was spotless and well-equipped with every amenity we could need. The kitchen was stocked for group meals, the living areas were comfortable for gathering, and each bedroom provided a restful retreat after busy days. Little touches—like plenty of towels, beach gear, and reliable Wi-Fi—made our stay even more enjoyable.In short, this property was the perfect home base for our holiday. We’re already dreaming of coming back, and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable group getaway by the sea. Five stars!

Sunny days on the beach

This beach house is as welcoming as could be. Its expansive windows look out on a big stretch of beach, easily reachable by a brand new wooden walkover. The bedrooms each have en suite or, in one case, dedicated bathrooms, an amenity very welcome with a full house of people. The combination kitchen living area with its beach facing porch was enjoyable for all. The pool area is well set up for hanging out and enjoying fresh water. In cooler temperatures it would be advisable to request it be heated. Everything was as clean as could be. The kitchen had better than average utensils, etc. Beach towels provided. We college girlfriends had a memorable stay. Thanks, Marty!

Perfect vacation home!

Absolutely loved our stay here. The property was very clean and equipped with everything we needed for our week stay. The pool was beautiful and the perfect temp. Tons of beach towels for pool and beach days. There was a few beach chairs and beach toys for the days we spent at the beach. Overall a great place to stay! Would definitely recommend.

Bug issue

The place was really nice except there was definintely a bug issue throughout the house. I did call them to let them know that we were getting ready to check out and let them know about the bug issue. They stated next time to call them immediately and the would send someone out to spray the house. I do know that they were sending someone over that day to spray the house.

Great first stay @Butler Beach

Designed to be a family Christmas with people coming together from several locations. Despite the cold spell the house offered great beach access and ocean views. House was spacious offering plenty of room for people to relax and spend time together. Appreciated the cable access in different rooms (and levels), and for food planning with many people very much appreciated the 2nd refrigerator. Great location to St Augustine and easy enough drive up to Ponte Vedra. Desired location we may return with other families in tre future for beach vacation.

"Hands down", one of the best vacations ever!!

This was the first time that my husband and I, our kids and grandkids shared our vacation together! It was a huge hit! My grandkids want us to "buy the property" because it was "hands down", their favorite Florida vacation ever! We stayed two weeks, and we never ran out of things to do! My kids were amazed at the privacy of our pool and beach areas! We ALL appreciated the beach chairs, boogie surf boards, pool floats and beach towels! So much more was provided than we expected! We were also able to view a rocket launch (from Kennedy Space Center) from our personal walkway one evening! Between that, the sea turtles, the fort in St. Augustine, the tide, the sea "critters" that washed ashore...the kids learned so much! It was a vacation that none of us will ever forget!

Wonderful family week

Everything was even better then expected. It was wonderful having our own pool right outside our door and the almost private beach just a short walk down our own boardwalk. It was the first time since thanksgiving of 2019 that the 13 of us have been together. Everything was great, the rooms, bathrooms, 5 full, 2 half, were very clean and stocked. The view from the upstairs deck was spectacular. Thank you for everything.

Great location & comfortable house!

Four couples (siblings & spouses), enjoyed the space. Though all of the rooms were nice, There was some of flipping coins, to see who got the best bathrooms. The location and pool are wonderful. We enjoyed watching our friendly tortoise, every day, as we strolled the boardwalk to the beach!

Great Family Vacation Home

Rented this house with my family and had a wonderful time there. The pool was great and the access to the beach was so convenient. Beautiful view of the ocean from the top floor from inside and outside! Nice quiet neighborhood and great neighbors. Could use some small fixes here and there, but overall a great place to rent!

The property is exactly as advertised. Immaculately clean and incredibly spacious. The pictures don't do it justice. Property manager was great to work with. Exceptional, fast communication and the property instructions provided by them were very detailed. Would absolutely book this home again.

Not Worth It

First for the pros - its a nice location and the house has direct access to the beach. The pool is also nice and heated. For the Cons - The house looks good in the pictures but is outdated and needs to be updated. Also, there are rules to the house that are not provided before you book. For instance, they require you to keep the temperature of the house at 72 and say how if its lower the ac unit may freeze. I have booked rooms in Florida, and many other places in the US and never have I seen this rule. Second, they charge a cleaning fee, however, the house is not in a clean condition once you get there, for instance, we found cockroaches in one room. And they require you to do a load in the dishwasher and laundry of the towels. I was also disappointed in that they charge a fee for the use of the heater for the pool. They charged to heat the pool to a temperature of 88. Again, i've stayed in many VRBOs and ABNBs and recently one in Miami and they did not charge for the heated pool. Honestly, there are better new houses, cleaner, and more accommodating then my experience with this house. Just request all the rules upfront before you book. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Multi-generation Family Vacation

Lots of room for a big group (10) that spanned 4 generations. Nice and clean, with good quality beds/pillows and plenty of extra towels. The swimming pool and private beach walkover were a hit. Ample parking for up to 6 cars. The kitchen was better equipped than other properties I have stayed at. Loved watching the sunrise over the ocean from the second floor. Terrific location and a great place to relax.
