Located on Saint Augustine Beach's B Street, this townhome is just 4 homes off the beach and is the perfect beach getaway. This iconic Key West style duplex has everything you need to create lasting vacation memories. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed. The second bedroom also has a king-sized bed. Both bedrooms are upstairs along with a full bath. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room which brings the total occupancy up to 6\. Prepare your meals in the well-appointed kitchen. There is also a half bath on this floor. Our home is beautifully decorated, has a screened in patio on the first floor and a balcony off the master bedroom which is perfect for sunbathing! The back yard is fenced and is nice if you are bringing pets. The property is a bit dated and needs to be sprayed for bugs. The upstairs bedrooms are much hotter than downstairs.
