Enjoy infinite ocean vistas, sunshine, and salty sea breezes at this charming, two-story condo on the sands of St. Augustine. Spend your mornings sipping coffee on the covered balcony, your afternoons walking down to the beach, where you can play on the sand and swim, and your evenings taking in breathtaking sunsets.

Make amazing meals in the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dine together at the nearby table, and then pick a spot on the sectional and channel surf in the sunlit living area. Highlights include upper and lower balconies, central air-conditioning, and a washer/dryer to help you stay on top of the laundry during your stay.

Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

False Advertising

We actually did not stay! We arrived, looked around & asked to be moved! The home is very old and not well taken care of. Several mismatched large paint touch up spots on the walls, old, worn carpet, furniture not what is pictured, rust & corrosion on exterior doors, felt like a spook house!

Right on the beach!

Great location- right on the beach. We enjoyed the 3 different decks which faced the ocean- 2 on two of the bedrooms and one was large and well equipped with great high, comfortable outside seats. The location allowed us to get away from the crowds of downtown. We will definitely be back!

Not the best experience

Pros: Vilano Beach is awesome. Great location. Beach is awesome. Restaurants and plenty of things to do in town and in St Augustine close by. Property is right on the beach. Cons: Property management group is awful. I honestly feel bad for the owners leaving this bad of a review but it was an awful experience. There were non responsive leading up to the trip then told me the wrong information. Brought a bunch of stuff we didn’t need. But the best was that they actually responded to my messages on the day after we left. By 2 different people. With different answers. Total clown show. Property is fine. Old stained carpet and broken windows upstairs but the downstairs is nice. It’s right on a main road so it is loud. The property is a triplex but the units are all individual and only the middle unit and middle deck are yours. This isn’t clearly marked but please don’t walk through the neighbors deck to get to the beach or you will have an angry neighbor pounding on your door and refusing to leave at 8pm at night. The check out time is 10am. And they expect you to clean the whole place. The cleaning crew was parked outside waiting for us at 8:30am. No chance to enjoy the beach before we left. I will definitely be back to this area with the family again but won’t be staying here and will definitely never stay at a Vacasa managed property again. I didn’t feel safe and didn’t feel like anyone cared whether we had a good stay or not.

Quick Trip

Property is great and centrally located. Cleanliness is an issue especially in the kitchen where we spent a lot of time when we arrived cleaning. Overall the place itself is really nice, just needs a lot of TLC. Would not be hard at all to turn this place into a 5 star. Just need to work at it.
