The view from this 4th floor condo is amazing. There is a queen sleeper sofa and a recliner in the living room where you can view the 32" flat screen TV. Wall mirrors provide extra views of the ocean. There is a quaint table for two and an upgraded full kitchen including stove top and oven. The bathroom was remodeled with new tub with grab bar. The cucumber cool bedroom is tiled and has the queen bed and a 26" flat screen TV. This condo is close to the elevator and stairs. SMALL PETS ARE ALLOWED. TWO PETS MAX. $75 PER PET. NON-REFUNDABLE. A small skillet to at least make eggs would have been nice. Bathroom tiny and door opens in so made it even harder to use. Squishy pillowtop mattress. The view of the ocean is fantastic.!! One of the improvements could be ....the sofa cushions sink a bit too much and is not comfortable for sitting, but the recliner sits well. I would recommend this little sweet spot for couple needing some vacation time. ##### Tena M. The pictures show it all. Kitchen is cheaply furnished with minimal items. The mattress definitely needs to be replaced. The resort is nice and the beach was wonderful. The condo was very nice and clean. The bed was super comfortable with plenty of blankets and pillows. There was a good view of the ocean with nice patio furniture on the balcony. The only issue we had was the hot water heater, as it was very small and only allowed enough hot water for short showers.
