This casual, coastal balcony suite offers a third floor central location ideal for you to spot sea gulls, brown pelicans and even dolphins from your teak patio chairs. Sunrises and sunsets are magnificent from the coveted vantage location. This apartment has loads of amenities to make your stay comfortable and fun. Fully tiled with ceiling beams throughout, this suite incorporates coastal style in its essence. The living room features a leather sofa, a leather club chair, wooden storage trunks for your beach gear and a smart, 32" flat screen TV. The bright, fully paneled bathroom provides you with a full soaker tub equipped with safety handle, a modern toilet, granite counter, oversized mirror and plenty of additional storage shelves. Your kitchen comes amply stocked with coordinated dishes and utensils, and includes a four-burner stove with full oven. You'll find plenty of kitchen storage cabinets too. The provided water filter allows you to enjoy pure water without having to buy or carry those heavy water bottles. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities like the beach chairs (located in bedroom closet), toiletries, and coffee packets. The sitting area was spacious with plenty of seating, although I found the white sofa a bit uncomfortable. However, that was a minor issue for me as I spent most of my time at the beach or sleeping. Second, you let some pervert tear down the Bar&Grill, which is where we wanted to have our 10th anniversary dinner. Next, your TV listings did NOT have the channels we enjoy readily available(Golf, Hallmark, and FOXnews). Also, the room is poorly furnished; inadequate in size with absolutely no storage. Also, we were not listed on the Daily Cleaning list causing Shay to have to come to the room Thursday afternoon. In the last years, we've noticed that units are run down even at the highest tier. Our latest visit made us never want to visit the Beacher's Lodge again. Fixtures and furniture were dingy. The sink didn't work, nor did the big light in the living room. We had to call hospitality to get things functional before we could even relax. The table in the living room isn't even big enough to eat at, and when we tried to open it all the way up, we found that one of the fold-out legs had been nailed in place. Reviewer Comments: We’ve been going to Beachers Lodge for years and always reserve a room rated Gold. We rented 312 for four nights several weeks ago. This condo needs to be reviewed and rated to a Bronze. There were tears in the sofa that had been patched with tape and the tape had come off so it was very sticky. The chair seats on the patio were torn and the table was broken. There was rust on the walls and paint that had dropped and wasn’t wiped up. The floors were scratched and dated. It was very disappointing to pay so much more for the gold room which obviously wasn’t what it was advertised to be. I have photos to prove my points. ##### Diane G. Reviewer Comments: We had stayed at Beacher's 25 years ago for our 1st vacation and came back for our 25th anniversary.Our room had ants and a spider, maintenance did spray.The white uncomfortable leather couch was dirty, taped w white duct tape that came off and left a sticky residue on my shorts. The outdoor balcony furniture was rickety.The pool and the close proximity to the beach are great.I would not stay at this unit again nor recommendit.We do have pictures to back this review and do not mind sharing with management. ##### Candi K.
