The queen sleeper sofa (new as of November 2021) is the perfect spot for enjoying the 37" Flat Screen TV. There is a ceiling fan in the living room to keep the sea breeze moving throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with a small microwave, oven with 4 burner stove top and refrigerator. Tile backsplash and all the kitchen amenities you might need. The bathroom was remodeled with new tub and dressed in marbled gray. The private bedroom has the queen size mattress and a 32" flat screen TV. This is the ideal condo when staying at the beach! SMALL PETS ARE ALLOWED. TWO PETS MAX. $75 PER PET. NON-REFUNDABLE. The entire unit smelled of spoiled food. The bed was not a queen. The mattress hung over the box springs and caused us to roll to the outside constantly. The sliding door to the balcony did not lock: it only had a flimsy plastic rod to lay in the track to keep it “locked”. The recliner was basically child sized. I am only 5’ 1” and it wasn’t really a fit for me. The bathroom was beyond tiny. The whole place is in desperate need of an update! All in all it was a very uncomfortable stay. The staff, as usual, was delightful and helpful. I still love Beacher’s;however we will not rent that unit again. The sofa bed is still not great (read this in a previous review). The some of the straps that hold the mattress up are broken. Greatest view!! Had trouble getting the TV to work but called the front desk and someone came by right away to help. Loved the area; the beach is amazing!!! Would definitely stay here again. ##### Esther V.
