Imagine relaxing on the oceanfront balcony, listening to the ocean waves.. This condo has everything you need for a romantic weekend. Enjoy the beautiful ocean view or the large 32" flat screen TV. This condo owner pays for popular programming for the televisions (same channel line up as before 10/2023). There is a queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam sleeper mattress if you want to wake up to the sunrise on the ocean, or retreat to your private bedroom with King size bed and 22" flat screen TV. The kitchen is modern and streamlined with a two burner flat top stove and large refrigerator. The bathroom is completely remodeled with walk in shower and new vanity. Although this unit is tiled, this condo will not allow a pet. The thoughtful tropical touches throughout gives this condo a unique beachy charm that will keep you dreaming of your well spent time at the beach! The management and staff were very friendly. Our stay was about three weeks. We enjoyed daily walks on the beach, which is one of the nicest and largest beaches I've found in Florida.
