This condo was creatively put together. The full kitchen includes a stove with oven and large refrigerator. The living room is set up so you can enjoy the ocean, pool or Flat Screen TV view from the queen sleeper sofa (new as of April 2019). Track lighting gives plenty of options for ambiance. This is the closest balcony suite to the beach access, leave from your room and you'll be on the beach in minutes. The bathroom has an elegant tone and has a newer tub and fixtures. The queen bed in the bedroom is comfortable and the laminate flooring throughout allows for easy clean up. A flat screen TV gives the option to watch something else in the bedroom if you so desire. A new queen pillowtop symbol mattress (as of April 2019) makes for a good night's sleep. If you want your entire family along for a beachside trip, this is the unit for you. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. Kids were bummed about that. Unit was pretty clean. The bathtub does have some spots around the bottom caulking that kinda looks like mold? It could just be where paint is wearing off and it was a greenish before... didnt get close enough to inspect it, but its in multiple places. Unit is tight quarters. Screen to balcony is off track kinda rusty, hard to get closed. Nobody in my family could use it, I was the only one able to get it to move.
