Connected but private, this charming studio suite offers a plush king bed, a full bathroom, and a well-stocked kitchenette with an air fryer, toaster, microwave, and K-Cup coffee maker. Perfect for those who want a bit of space to themselves while staying close to the group.

Minimum booking age: 21.  
  
Maximum number of Guests: 8  
  
No smoking.  
  
No Parties.  
  
There is a fine for breaking our house rules.  
  
We have a $500 security deposit hold for all bookings.  
  
Please be advised that parking on the grass is not permitted. To help maintain the property.  
  
  
POOL RULES:  
  
\- No life guard on duty swim at your own risk.  
  
\- No diving.  
  
\- No running.  
  
\-No food or glassware in pool or on pool deck.  
  
\-No rough play.  
  
\- Please pay close attention to your children. Children under the age of 14 shall not use the pool without a parent or Adult guardian in attendance.  
  
\- Only 1 person on the ladder at a time.  
  
\- We have the pool cleaned once a week.  
  
\- If pool needs to be cleaned again during your stay, guests will be responsible for cost.  
  
\- We provide a skimmer so guests can remove leaves.  
  
\- Pool hours 8am - 9pm.  
  
Swim at your own risk, No exceptions!  
  
Failure to adhere to these rules will result in a fine.  
  
Rules for pets:  
\-All pets must remain on the leash at all times when outside.  
\-Your fur baby is not to be left in the house unattended.  
\-We ask that pets stay off our furniture, but in the event this can't be avoided, please bring a blanket for your fur baby to use.  
\-It is imperative that only house trained dogs be brought and owners clean up after them. There are poop bags located under the kitchen sink.  
  
Please note that we have a pet fee of $80, and failure to adhere to these rules will result in a fine.
