The close proximity to the beach was a huge plus. The house is well equipped in every aspect. The host even provides bikes for a trip to town or a beach ride. Prior to and while we were there the manager was easy to communicate with. The pool was a little cool during our stay so we spent most of our time in the ocean. Plenty of towels for each day. The sound of crashing ocean waves can be heard from the condo. We were lucky enough to have front-row beach seats during a NASA launch. It did not disappoint. The historic district is less than a ten-minute drive; the same goes for most nearby amenities. Upon our arrival we did encounter some housekeeping concerns, however, the property manager was incredibly caring and highly responsive, as were the housekeepers who arrived to remedy our concerns within a very short time period. I HIGHLY recommend this property. One additional note: If you are lucky enough to be staying here on a Saturday morning, there is the cutest farmers market just a short drive away at the amphitheater. ##### Tiffiany H.
