The building is beautiful, the apartment was quiet and just perfect for 2 people. The small court area between the building and garage was so nice. I sat outside every morning and evening and there was shade and a cool breeze blowing all the time. We walked to historic St Augustine several times with no issues. The drive to the beach from the apartment was only about 7 minutes. I would recommend staying here to any couple or single person who just wants some quiet down time.
