Walker Charters to Anastasia Mini-Golf is also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching. The space Our beautiful Townhome has two bathrooms and two bedrooms, one of them with a full bed, and a queen sofa bed, and the other one is equipped with a queen size perfect for families or groups of friends. The living room is bright and airy, with a large flat-screen TV, and a comfortable seating leather sofa bed, which can be used for two more people to sleep. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay and eat together at the original piano table, or simply enjoy the front garden which is perfect for a morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. NO PETS ALLOWED. There will be an automatic $500 fee for violation of this policy. Also please note there is an open staircase in the unit. Guests with small children should bring a gate or other barrier for safety. The property was extremely clean, well equipped, maintained nicely, and the owners were excellent at responding to questions. Two minor items were the lack of good lighting for reading and the barking from the neighbors dog (sporadic). Perfect location, well appointed and very clean home. Everything was as expected with no hassles or issues. A short and pleasant walk to Old Town. Only small issue was the barking dog that was let outside early every morning from the unit next door. No quiet coffee time in the nice garden area! We walked across the Bridge of Lions to get to the Historic District so many times we claimed it for our own.We could also walk to the Lighthouse and plenty of restaurants from our location.The house was just as described and had everything we needed. The gardens were well maintained and it was very peaceful sitting out there in the morning with our breakfast and coffee.Our hosts were responsive with anything we needed to know about the house and the surroundings.I would give this 10 stars if I could. We rode bikes from the townhome to downtown St.Augustine, the lighthouse and Anastasia state park. Excellent location. Be cautious crossing the Main Street but otherwise peaceful ride.
