Completed in 2021 - this brand new 5800 SF, 9 BR / 11 BA oceanfront home is loaded with everything you need to enjoy a stress-free vacation. THE HOUSE : Take the elevator or stairway up to the 3rd floor where you will be amazed at the expansive water views. Almost seventy feet of sliders and large picture windows invite you out onto the partially covered oceanfront balcony. Imagine sitting with friends or family at one of four outdoor dining tables and watching the sunrise with your coffee in the morning or having dinner overlooking the ocean. THE KITCHEN - The large chef’s kitchen has two refrigerators, two ovens, a 36” five burner gas range, two dishwashers, a built in beverage center/wine cooler, plenty of cabinets and storage and a ten foot island with stools. This kitchen is fully stocked with ample dinnerware, glassware, kitchen gadgets, appliances and everything you could need to cook for a large group – even spices! Eating indoors? You have TWO ten seat dining tables with spectacular ocean views to complete your dining experience. And, a built-in window seat with ocean views. TWO THIRD FLOOR LOUNGING AREAS - Plenty of room to spread out on the third floor. The TV area has two couches and two chairs to gather around to watch the big game on the 65 inch HDTV. Or choose the social living room with 5 chairs in a circle for relaxing and chatting or playing games while taking in the ocean views. SUNSETS? Yes - Enjoy sweeping views over the intercoastal. This balcony also has a gas grill and bar height table for four. PLAY TIME: The grounds of this home are spectacular. Immerse yourself in the huge 18 x 40 heated saltwater pool. You will not find a private pool this large on the entire island! The pool is surrounded by plenty of seating for your large group including tables and chairs for outdoor dining, chaise chairs for lounging and reading by the pool, a gas grill for lunchtime cookouts and plenty of yard space to run around and play. The backyard features lawn games for hours of family enjoyment (bocce ball, corn hole, life size Jenga). You will not find a backyard like this one anywhere else! Convenient half bath located right off the lanai keeps the kids outside while they are wet and sandy. LOOKING FOR SHADE? Enjoy a sixty foot covered lanai with ample seating still close to the pool. Did you say TIKI HUT! Yes we do! Close to the pool but set off to have a little adult time fun. Or, pop into the house to find a poolside rec room complete with a sofa and chair and HDTV for watching sports games and movies. There is a kitchenette in the rec room with a full refrigerator, sink, microwave and coffee maker. The garage also has a freezer to store extra food or ice to keep those poolside drinks cold! OUTDOOR SHOWERS: There are two enclosed hot/cold showers and a rinse station at the boardwalk entrance for keeping the pool and house free of sand. BEACHTIME: A quick walk down your own private boardwalk brings you to beautiful Crescent Beach. There are long wooden benches at the crest of the boardwalk- perfect for enjoying a drink and watching the kids or ocean waves without putting your toes in the sand! And we supply beach chairs, coolers, beach towels, and beach toys for all of your vacation needs. GAME TIME: In an adjacent separate building we have created a kids (and adults) dream hangout! Complete with a quality foosball table and upright arcade machine (with 60 games), and seating for a large 55 INCH HDTV. This game room is perfect for rainy days or in between beach and pool time. The kids will be occupied for hours. SLEEPY TIME: There are four King ensuite bedrooms on the first floor. No need to share bathrooms! Take the stairs or the elevator up to the second floor which houses five additional King ensuite bedrooms – four of which are direct oceanfront with a sixty foot covered balcony with amazing ocean views. One of the five bedrooms has a King bed and two double bunks. CLEAN UP: The laundry room on the second floor has three stackable washer/dryers for convenience and shelving for additional linens. GARAGE: This house has a 1 bay garage to store your bikes or motorcycle during your stay. It also houses all the pool and beach toys, chairs, supplies with a backyard door for convenience. The kitchen was great. Nice to have 3 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers. It was a well equipped kitchen. There were many lawn chairs and outside activities. One son brought a volleyball net as there is plenty of space on the nice beach. So much time was spent in the ocean. Great views from the house with plenty of outdoor sitting. It was very clean, very well stocked and quality, tasteful furniture. Kelly was a great host. She was attentive to our needs from the booking as well as throughout the stay. The location is private and the beach was not crowded. The pool is one of the best we’ve experienced. The house has amazing from views from the multiple decks. The elevator was reliable. We enjoyed cooking meals together and there were some great restaurants within a short distance, Viola’s for Italian and Commander’s Fish Camp for local seafood. The WiFi worked great all week. With 3 washers/dryers we even left with clean clothes. I highly recommend this property. Having king beds and en-suite baths in EVERY bedroom is luxurious, and nobody feels like they are getting the worst room - there simply isn’t one. The outdoor areas, ping pong, and the game room provide so many choices of activities that there is no way to get bored, even if a thunderstorm rolls in. Our biggest concern every day was how much time to spend at the beach vs the pool, the walk is so convenient that we did both. Having the fridge, wet bar, and poolside bathroom steps from the lounge chairs make this feel like a resort, without any other people. The house and grounds were incredible. Each family had their own bedroom and bathroom, and the one bathtub was shared by the young families. The third floor kitchen and living room was our gathering place for meals. The view of the ocean was breathtaking. The kitchen was better equipped than my own home and even included a full range of spices and staples. The toddlers split their time between the pool, which was cleaned twice that week, and the beach for building sandcastles, flying kites, and wadding in the water. The home had multiple beach chairs, noodles, boogie boards, and sand toys. We practically had the beach to ourselves and enjoyed the morning sunrise walks. The elevator was a major plus for the older adults and the times we made big grocery runs. The owner, Kelly, was assessable at all times before and during our trip. If I rent this home again, I will do a better job assigning cleaning tasks to the young families. No matter how hard we tried, the little ones were messy and carried beach sand in their clothes. I would suggest hosing the little ones head to toe at the boardwalk. There was a vacuum cleaner and I would also suggest assigning one family each day to vacuum the entry door. We did not find a mop or Swiffer which we could have used on the third floor. The owner added 150 for additional cleaning which was totally justified. ##### Debbie S.
