Minimum night stay is 30 days and all guests must be registered with the Community prior to arrival and ID is required. As this is a 55+ Active Adult Community, anyone that is 19 years or younger may visit for a maximum of 2 nights, but may not stay any longer than that in order to preserve the Active Adult Community requirements. Pet Friendly - pets less than 30 lbs - (max 1) additional cleaning/pet hair removal fee required. Pets must be disclosed in advance. All dogs are to be treated with Advantage or similar topical flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival. Fleas and ticks are very rampant in this area and can cause harmful/fatal illness to humans and pets. All items above are the sole responsibility of the dog owner.
