BEFORE BOOKING, PLEASE MESSAGE OR CALL THE OFFICE FOR MORE DETAILS. ALL AMENITIES WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE RACQUETBALL COURT WILL BE OPEN DURING THE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT. This fully renovated (as of May 2025) 4th floor condo has a beautiful view of the ocean across the courtyard, just beyond our oceanfront pool. You can relax on the spacious balcony and listen to the ocean waves, or use the units personal electric grill to grill out for dinner! The renovated kitchen comes fully equipped with a stackable washer and dryer and a drip coffee pot. There is a king bed in the primary bedroom and a walk in shower in the ensuite bath. The guest bedroom has a full bed and a daybed with a tub/shower combo in the guest bathroom. The third bedroom is the “Crow’s Nest” which sleeps two in built in twin-size beds. All of the condos are equipped with private Wi-Fi and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher pods. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed. Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquetball court, and fitness center. The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3\. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access. Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the town's many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley to see it all on the go! You can purchase DISCOUNTED tickets to the Old Town Trolley and many of Saint Augustine’s attractions right in the main office at the property! Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! We are on vacation what would do with the extra supplies WE buy-we have to leave them. We use VRBO often and this is only the second time I have come across a place only providing supplies for the first couple of days, it will be something I will pay more attention to in the future. The beds were super comfy, and we did leave behind some fun beach supplies for the kids including two toddler life jackets for others to enjoy. ##### krystal s. The rules are NOT listed in an easy to see location in the room. They are in your Welcome packet when you arrive. We had originally tried to find a place in downtown St. Augustine, but I was so glad we couldn't! Our condo at Colony Reef was perfect! We enjoyed our view of the water, walking on the beach each morning, and even the hot tub! We were still close enough to St. Augustine to enjoy the sights. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable! Plenty of seating for the 6 of us, and the beds were like sleeping on clouds. We needed more towels and baking sheets, but the office had both readily available. Check in and check out was very easy. The only thing that would have improved our stay would be some games and maybe some staples like Saran wrap/foil etc. Overall, I would highly recommend this condo! ##### Amy V. You can sit on the couch and watch the sun rise every morning. The kitchen was nice with everything you need. The king bed in the master bedroom was like heaven. A few minor things we noticed. There were not nearly enough bath towels for 6 people. So we had to do laundry everyday. The washing machine does not wash well so sometimes you had to run it more than once. Also the sinks don’t drain well. The master sink fills with water every time you use it. None of these things affected our stay. We had the best family vacation of our lives. We stayed here for spring break with our family, including children. The place is spacious and very well equipped. The view of the ocean is wonderful and there are great activities, including a playground. The beach is wonderful sand and has seashells too.
