This unit desperately needs a good cleaning and some caulk at the barest of minimums. Seriously, the amount of dust and grime on the fan chain over the dining room table was excessive. Overall, our stay was very pleasant & comfortable. We loved that it is pet friendly! When we first arrived, in the evening, the A/C did not work & the upstairs bath was clogged. We notified the property manager the next morning & both were in working order the same day. The only complaint is that, from the photos, we thought there was a bathroom insuite with the Master Bedroom. But we easily adjusted our routines & everything worked out fine. The walk to the beach was very short. I do recommend asking the building manager fix the end of the boardwalk as there is a large gap between it & the ground making the transition very difficult. The beach access was very beautiful & not crowded at all. We had a wonderful time enjoying the sun & the ocean each day! It was a turn key place, there was nothing we wanted for. Even provided bikes and water toys, beach towels. Everything you might need. There was plenty to do or just chill like we did. Updated very nicely, plenty of towels, comfortable beds and sofas. Had everything we could need including beach chairs, pool noodles, etc. The location is perfect! Just a hair past all of the restaurants and stores so it's quiet but close enough to the action. The complex is clean and well maintained. Easy access to the beach! I have no complaints!
