It's the perfect size for a small group, and has all the amenities you need. Everything was clean and tidy. A nice perk was that they had coffee, filters, sweeteners, and creamers there. Arriving late in the day meant we couldn't stop for groceries, but we still got our morning coffee. The beds are comfortable, and so is the seating in the living room. The only issue we had was that the security light outside the bedrooms was not stopped by the blinds. Not great if you need a dark room for sleep, but nice to have that added security outside (though, to be clear, we felt completely safe in the neighborhood for our entire stay). The location is unmatched. A couple blocks gets you to restaurants, coffee shops, and the beach, yet there is almost no traffic on the road by the house making it feel very peaceful. The property has some beach items like chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and toys, plus a wagon which is extremely helpful. I brought my dog with me and being on the ground floor with a nice yard was optimal. The squirrels and tiny lizards in the yard drove him crazy, and he loved every minute of it. ##### Amanda B. Most any supply you would need for just about anything. I might suggest a wine stopper for the opened wine bottle. Difficult for a single wine drinker to consume all at once. Great places to eat meals or ice cream within a few blocks of the rental. Walking distance to the beach-about a 10-15 minute walk for a slow walker.
