Enjoy a private entrance, kitchenette, entertainment TV, shared table, and literature nook. The compact bathroom has essential amenities, and street parking is conveniently located across the driveway for an easy, hassle-free stay. Communication is the key to a great stay and we hope to fulfill that experience! Please contact me at any time! Welcome to “Vintage” Florida! We are just off the beaten path, so you may hear activity early in the morning to late at night….It is a vibrant town! Our unit #1 is entered through the front door of the Main house, marked #1\. Free on street parking. DO NOT park next to a yellow curb or at Restaurant—(you may receive a ticket) If using the area to the right of the house to park please do not have others blocked in. Cozy multi-family use house \-3 Units under one roof with private entry located in the safe neighborhood This space features central AC and a window AC unit in each room, along with a mini fridge, microwave, kettle, plates, bowls, cups, utensils, and complimentary coffee/tea. The bathroom includes a standing shower, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, toothbrush, toothpaste, and two sets of towels per bed. Outside, there's a large side yard with a shared garden (not fenced). We allow a maximum of two dogs for a $35 cash fee per dog; no cats or other animals are permitted. Dogs must be leashed and cleaned up after. Security cameras are present on the property. Driving is best, but you can rent bikes, scooters, three wheelers or grab any of the tourist trollies...all just a few blocks away or call a pedi-cab and they will pick you up at the front of the property! Walking is a great option however driving is recommended to fit in many activities during your visit. Contact me if you need assistance for transportation. Smell of smoke inside is an automatic $250 fine. You are welcome to smoke outside, but please dispose of cigarette butts and be considerate of other guests. \-No cable. Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+ connect to your streaming services to watch movies, TV shows, and other content over the internet \-Having many properties to cover is not a good excuse for anything that we might have missed. It was very hard to park at the property. It was a very small driveway with a stone wall around it so you had to back in to the driveway so that you were able to get out because it was nowhere to turn around on the property. Apparently there are four apartments in this one house and the first several days we were the only people there with a vehicle but then there were other vehicles on the property. The windows of the property were extremely dirty and also had algae growing on them. We could not adjust the blinds. One was halfway down and it had no string to put the rest of the blind down so anyone could look into the windows. We did not have any extra supplies such as dish towels or bathroom towels. We had no dish soap. I had to purchase it. We were given a 1-in sponge to wash dishes and a dishcloth to dry them. There was no furnace, only space heaters and the air conditioning was two window air conditioners. To the one bedroom there was a 1-in step down that was not properly labeled. It only had red tape on it instead of the words. I lost my footing at one point. I would not recommend this property if you want to cook. There was no stove top. Only a microwave and a coffee maker. A small refrigerator apartment size was available but the freezer was so iced over, you could not put anything in it. They were only three hangers in the armor so I could not properly hang up any clothing. The television was streaming only. There were no local channels. ##### maureen b. Come and go as you please. Location is right next to down town, making it easy to Uber back and forth. Beach was only a few minutes away. This cute house was close enough to historic downtown, but far enough to be quiet and quaint. While the place is small, the main bedroom was very large, and everything was well appointed; everything was clean and nicely placed. The only item I would suggest for future guests, would be suitcase racks since there isn't any place to put our luggage besides the floor. The water in the bathroom gets hot very quickly and the water pressure was good . The bed and sheets were very comfortable. Location is less than 10 min to downtown and there are plenty of places to eat and explore walking or driving . Beaches are close driving distance 8-20 min depending on the beach Vilano being the closest. The host is also very responsive. Now the Cons - the space it’s self is very small . It’s equipped for “basic needs only”. Given the space I wouldn’t recommend this place for people with kids or people with dogs that are spooked by sounds . Although the neighborhood is quiet, the walls connected to the rest of the house are paper thin . The people in the unit connected to us were arguing half our trip in the middle of the night and woke us up . Even in the middle of the day you can hear everyone’s conversation because the only thing that separates the units is a thin plastered wall. You can hear people walking around and moving all times of the day if they are there. You can also tell that a lot of items in the unit were cheaply bought like the towels, shower curtain , shower essentials, toilet paper which we ran out of the second night because of how thin it was . The trash cans in this place are tiny and we had to dump them in the trash cans outside ourselves to prevent from over flowing . We had to save the grocery bags we got shopping to use as trash bags because their wasn’t any extra liners. There are also directions for check out to clean and put away dishes but there is no sink to properly dispose food and we were left with a sponge and soap that has been sitting under the bathroom sink . Luckily we did not need to use that many dishes but if we did I would not feel comfortable having to clean them in the bathroom . We weren’t expecting “luxury” but for the price we paid we were not expecting bare minimum either. The parking is very tight . If you are planning on bringing more than one car I wouldn’t recommend this place . Over all I can’t say that we will be staying in this Vrbo again but we really had so much fun in St Augustine itself . ##### Danielle A. Less than a 10 minute drive to everything we wanted to see while in St. Augustine. The property owner was also very pleasant and prompt with getting information to us.
