Experienced one weird, we rented an umbrella for 2 euros from the hotel as it was raining and I lost it on our way back and they charged us 18euros more for not returning the umbrella. "The hotel is in an excellent location for exploring Cologne. Check in was easy and the room was well proportioned and had everything we’d need.
