Priced appropriately for the level of place you get. It is not a 6000sq ft mansion. It is a nice single level three bedroom, four bed house with a nice sized living room, decent kitchen with great appliances. It worked great for the three of us guys who wanted to hit the dunes. We wished there was a covered outdoor area for the evenings to bbq and hang out. Within a day i thought there was a stranger in the house when I had a mouse scratching at my bedroom door and saw the mouse run into the bathroom. I slept terrible worrying about more rodents. I knew where the urine smell was coming from, the mouse was living in the wall of the bathroom.
