On entering the apartment there is a further short flight of stairs leading to a hallway. Off the hallway there is a small cloakroom with a toilet and wash hand basin. The principal space on this level is the large and bright kitchen/diner. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob, electric oven and microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and coffee machine. There is a large dining table and a sofa for relaxing. it is a lovely room and is sure to be popular with guests. Leaving the kitchen and turning to your right you will climb a few stairs that lead to the living room. This is a generously proportioned room with a Smart TV, gas fire and comfortable seating. There is a glazed door that takes you out to a small balcony that overlooks the gardens to the rear of the house and Cockshaugh Park beyond. A lovely aspect and a great feature. Returning to the hallway a flight of stairs takes you to the second floor and the apartment's bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a king size bed, an en-suite shower room, built in wardrobes and it's own south facing balcony - very much a suite! There are three further bedrooms, two king size and one twin - all generously sized and well furnished. Also on this level there is a family bathroom with bath and separate walk-in shower. Off this bathroom is a restricted height utility room where you will find the washing machine and tumble drier. Outside, to the rear, there is two level paved area at the bottom of the garden for your exclusive use. The apartment also benefits from two private car spaces to the front of the property. All in all just a lovely apartment that feels more like a house!
