This room has three large windows overlooking the street and the gardens opposite, these windows flood the space with natural light. The room is beautifully furnished with sofas, armchairs and a dining table and chairs. There is a Smart TV and electric fireplace. The entire room has been decorated in a dramatic style that can only uplift your spirits. Also on the first floor is the kitchen which is fully equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and a washer/dryer. This is a relatively compact space but finished to an exceptionally high standard. The first of the four bedrooms is also on the first floor and this a fixed double room with an en-suite shower room. The room has a large window overlooking the rear of the property and has a king-size double bed, dressing table and wardrobe. Again, beautifully decorated and furnished. There is also a storage cupboard at this level which would be useful for storing golf clubs and the like. Climbing a further flight of stairs takes you to the second floor where the three further bedrooms are located. Please note that these stairs are quite steep and narrow and care should be taken when using them. Two of the bedrooms can be either king size double or twin and the third is a single bedroom. Each room has an en-suite shower, one is a shower over bath configuration. As with the rest of the apartment each room has been individually designed and decorated with high quality furnishings and finishes throughout. Each of the bedrooms has a flat screen TV.
