Apartment Pasitea Luxury Suite is a vacation home with swimming pool for vacations in Salento. It offers up to 4 beds and is located in the center of Squinzano, in the center of Upper Salento.   
The solution is complete with accessories such as heated pool, hot and cold air conditioning, washing machine, smart TV, wi-fi internet, hair dryer, outdoor shower, kitchen complete with microwave and coffee maker etc.

The entrance to Pasitea Luxury Suite is into a large furnished living room with a double sofa bed, loft with 1 double bedroom and walk-in closet, eat-in kitchen, large bathroom with shower.   
Outside  
there is a covered relaxation area, with pool also heated and with  
chromatic lights, as well as outdoor shower. Breakfast included, at the  
bar.

The  
apartment for exclusive vacations in Alto Salento is located in the  
center of Squinzano, a town where all services are present and from  
which it is easy to move to all the main tourist destinations in  
Salento.  
The city of Lecce is less than 10 minutes away by car.  
The nearest beaches are those of Casalabate and Torre Rinalda. Porto  
Cesareo and Torre Lapillo are only 25 km away.  
  
\- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).  
\- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.  
\- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.  
\- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 15 per person.  
\- Breakfast included in a nearby Bar.  
\- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.  
\- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
