Two additional bedrooms with Queen beds and a shared bathroom are located upstairs. There is a small overlook from one of the upstairs bedrooms that has sliding doors to allow for privacy or open up to the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, cookware, dinnerware, spices, tea, coffee maker and more. There is also a washing machine and dryer available for use. Roku Smart TV’s in every room. Outside, enjoy the fire pit or cook dinner on the charcoal grill just off of the covered deck. Guests have access to the entire home except for a locked utility closet in the primary bedroom and the owner's closet upstairs. We do not live on the property but will respond quickly to any messages as needed. Convenience and Location: Our cabin is just minutes from downtown Spruce Pine and Little Switzerland, offering local charm and amenities. This cabin was the perfect getaway! We had planned to see a lot of tourist activities while there, but we actually dedicated quite a bit of time towards just enjoying the cabin itself because it was so peaceful and comfortable! The place was so well stocked with anything you might have forgotten, along with plenty of toilet paper, blankets, and towels. You can tell that the hosts are very considerate! It was also EXTREMELY clean!!! We were about an hour or less from tons of things to do! Emerald Village, the Orchard at Alta Pass, Tom Creek Falls, Grandfather Mountain/Mile High Swinging Bridge, Mystery Hill, and Linville Caverns! Also only 10 min from Walmart! We loved how gorgeous the cabin and its surroundings were! Even a Pizza Hut delivery driver who brought our pizzas one night was in awe of how beautiful the home was! We spent multiple nights enjoying the fire pit, roasting marshmallows. We also utilized the charcoal grill to grill up some steaks! Also, I forgot my glasses at the cabin and the host let me know right away and is working to get them back to me. I'm so thankful, they truly care about their guests! I've stayed in other rentals where the hosts did not care and the rental was bare, no extras of anything. THIS cabin was the TOTAL opposite!!! Caring hosts, beautiful scenery, gorgeous & comfortable cabin, plenty of nearby tourist attractions- what more could you ask for? Definitely pick this cabin for your rental! The hosts kept in excellent contact for any questions. The kitchen was fantastically equipped with all the utensils, pots/pans and even spices for us to take most meals in. The bbq utensils were all provided as well. The rooms were clean and also well equipped with towels and laundry. We would definitely stay here again! ##### Rebecca W. Saw deer, rabbit and squirrels. Directions indicate to take Leatherwood road off of 226\. The road off 226 is actually Lynn Gap. Not a big problem but a bit confusing. Loved our stay. We will definitely be back to enjoy this clean, quiet, and well-appointed hideaway. Our favorite part was the back deck, where we sipped coffee in the morning and wine at dusk. The cabin appears to be brand new and all aspects of this stay were outstanding. After a long day of hiking, we decided to cook at home. The kitchen is very well equipped and everything was easy to locate. The entire cabin was spotless and there were very easy and clear checkout instructions.
